Office / Response Hours

  • I aim to respond to emails / messages within 24 hours (Monday-Friday).
  • If you contact me on weekends or public holidays, I’ll reply as soon as I’m back working.

 

Support During Programmes

  • For coaching packages (e.g. The Anchor Immersion, Private Inquiry), you will receive the agreed number of sessions, tools & resources (- toolkits, worksheets etc.).
  • Between sessions, you may have access to voice note support or similar modalities as per your package.

 

Upsell / Additional Services

  • At certain points we may offer upgrades, additional mentorship, group masterminds, or workshops. These are optional, with separate fees.
  • If at any time you feel you want deeper support, we can discuss customizing or extending your package.

 

Complaints & Feedback

  • If something isn’t working for you, please let me know. You can send feedback or complaint to clivia@cliviahaupt.co.za.
  • I take all feedback seriously and will strive to resolve issues fairly and quickly.

 

Refund / Change Support

  • If you believe you have a legitimate reason for refund, package change or make-up sessions (e.g. due to illness), contact me, and I will consider on a case by case basis in line with the Terms & Conditions.
