Q: What services do you offer?

I offer individual coaching sessions (The Clarity Session), mid-length containers (The Inner Child), bespoke mentorship (The Complete Reset), workshops occasionally. I also offer free resources like the “7-Day Aligned Life Audit” and other digital products.

Q: How are sessions conducted?

All coaching sessions are conducted online via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Once booked, you’ll receive a meeting link. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection, device with video/audio, and a quiet/private space. 

Or in person if possible. 

Q: How long is each session & package?
  • The Clarity Session: 90 minutes. This is one session. If you would like to book two or three, you will receive 10% off each session. Take note, these are only session, and does not include support, toolkits, etc only coaching sessions.
  • The Anchor Immersion: a 3-month container with a set number of sessions (bi-weekly core sessions, plus support & toolkits between sessions).
  • Private Inquiry: duration varies (4, 6, or 12 months) depending on what you need.
Q: What if I miss a session or arrive late?

If you arrive late, we’ll try to make good use of the remaining time, but the session will still end at the scheduled time. If you miss a session without prior notice (at least 24 hours), that session fee may be forfeited.

Q: Do you record sessions?

Only with mutual agreement. If a recording is made, it will be kept securely, and you may request access. If you prefer sessions not be recorded, just let me know.

Q: Do you provide materials / resources?

Yes. Depending on the package, you will receive workbooks, toolkits, worksheets, guided exercises, digital products and optional bonuses.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Payment methods are listed on the booking/invoice (for example bank transfer, cash, Bitcoin and Paypal). Full or partial payment options may be available depending on the program.

Q: What if there is a technical problem during an online session?

If a session is affected by technical issues (on your side or mine), we will attempt to reconnect. If reconnecting is not possible, the session will be rescheduled, within reason, without extra cost.

Q: How is confidentiality maintained?

All sessions are confidential. I do not share what you disclose, except where required by law (for example, risk of harm). Also, I request you to find a private space for sessions. Note that while platforms like Zoom/Teams are secure, no system is entirely risk-free.

Q: Are there refunds or guarantees?

Once a programme or workshop begins, refunds are generally not available. Unused sessions may be considered case by case. I do not guarantee specific results; change depends on your participation, effort, mindset, and life context.
